CANCELLATIONS:

A raincheck will be issued for cancellations made by noon for an evening performance and by 10:00 am for a matinee performance the day of the show. For refunds, a cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the performance date. Online service fees cannot be refunded.

What if it snows?
We have a very lenient snow policy, however generally shows are not canceled due to weather. If a show would be canceled, we would contact you. We do not adhere to the regular cancellation policy during the winter months.You may rebook without question, receive a gift certificate or if you will not be traveling back to the area, we even offer a refund for your tickets.

Can you hold reservations while I check with others to see if they want to join us?
Seats can not be held without a reservation. We recommend that you make the reservation for the most people that may be in your party. You can always change the number two weeks prior to the performance date.

Can I pay by check for my reservations?
You can pay by check as long as it is received three weeks prior to the performance date.

How do I get my tickets?
After full payment has been made, tickets can be e-mailed, mailed or be held at the box office at no cost. If the reservation or payment is made one week prior to the performance the tickets will be held at the box office.

How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?
After you make your reservation and receive your order number, write it on the gift certificate and send it to the theatre at 510 Centerville Rd. Lancaster, PA 17601 with any additional balance that is due. Once the gift certificate/payment is received, your ticket will be sent to you. Gift Certificates can not be used as payment online at this time.
