Rachel Goldrick (Woman One) is a graduate of The Hartt School where she received a BFA in Music Theatre. This is not her first performance at the Dutch Apple and it will not be her last. You may have seen her most recently as the Ghost of Christmas Past in A Christmas Carol, or as Helen in Wonderful Town. Other credits include Gloria Thorpe in Damn Yankees, Polly Baker in Crazy for You, and Babette in Disney’s Beauty and The Beast. Rachel is thrilled to be reprising her role as woman one and looks forward to bringing new life to this wonderfully funny piece of theatre. Up next for Rachel here at Dutch Apple is Ring of Fire, the story and music of Johnny Cash. Rachel would like to thank her family, friends and God for all the love, support, and humility that she would never have without them. "The woods would be a very silent place if no birds sang there except those who sang best." |

Other favorite roles include Johnny in Johnny Guitar the Musical for the Theatre Barn and Cortland Repertory Theatre, and Harry Witherspoon in Lucky Stiff at the Schoolhouse Theatre on Sanibel Island, Florida. Katherine Walker Hill (Woman Two) is thrilled to be reprising her role as Woman Two here at the Dutch Apple! You may remember seeing her this past fall in A Christmas Carol and Wonderful Town. Galloway Stevens (Man Two) went on his first date when he was fifteen years old. Not even old enough to drive, he had to have his parents drop him off at the cinema complex. How embarrassing! The movie was Edward Scissorhands, and Galloway was without a doubt Mr. Sweatyhands. His nerves forced him to scarf down an entire box of popcorn, two bags of M&M’s, and two large sodas before the movie’s end. Everything Galloway had ever seen or heard in popular media about dating always revolved around that first kiss. He knew it was inevitable! Sure enough, when the theatre seemed to be at its darkest, Galloway could sense her eyes boring into the side of his head. He turned, quickly, and pressed his lips against hers. It was soft, sweet, and what almost might be considered Hollywood perfect, until the uncontrollable monstrous bubble arose from his gut to release the most horrendous belch directly into her face. She was disgusted. He was mortified. Since then, for Galloway, movies have become more enjoyable, his appetite less insatiable, and the kisses… well, there’s been a few. All in all, he’s extremely happy and proud of where his love life is today, and he looks forward to all the romantic adventures his future has in store! But, he refuses to watch Edward Scissorhands ever again. |

Mark Richards (Male Swing) is from Des Moines, Iowa and is enjoying spending some time here in Lancaster after a seven year absence. This is Mark’s eleventh show on the Dutch Apple stage. The two most recent are A Christmas Carol as the Ghost of Jacob Marley and The Nutcracker as the Nutcracker. Some of his other favorite roles include The Tin Man in The Wizard Of Oz, Rapunzel’s Prince in Into The Woods and Jesus in Godspell. |

Lauren Sobon (Female Swing) is no stranger to the Prather’s stages. She has either performed in, directed, or choreographed over 40 productions for PEG. Some recent audiences may remember her as Rosie in Bye Bye Birdie, Lily St. Regis in Annie, or Babette in Disney’s Beauty & The Beast. It has been a pleasure working with this talented cast and crew. She also wants to send love to her "don’t ever change" husband and her inspiration in life, her daughter, Piper. Enjoy this wonderfully funny look at love, relationships and marriage! |
