Dutch Apple was the first theatre to be owned and operated by the Prather family. It's a 386-seat theater located in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country. The pastoral setting amongst the Amish countryside makes the Dutch Apple a unique group tour venue. Lancaster County offers theatre, outlets, farmer's markets, chocolate and pretzel makers, awarding- winning restaurants, heritage tours, golfing, railroads and so much more. Within 1 ˝ hours driving time are the cities of Valley Forge, Gettysburg, Philadelphia and Baltimore full of history and heritage. In 45 minutes, you can be enjoying the excitement and chocolate of Hershey, PA!

Groups and group leaders love our special group rates for every party of 16 OR MORE.
Special group rates include dinner, show, tax and gratuity
- If your group is arriving by motorcoach, the group leader and motorcoach driver will each receive a complimentary dinner and show ticket. These are non-transferrable.
- If your group is arriving by car, every 21st person will receive a complimentary dinner and show ticket.
- Free and Well-lit Parking
- Gracious Hospitality by step-on greeters upon arrival, lobby hosts and the service staff.
GUIDELINES FOR BOOKING A GROUP

Choose several dates for the show. If your first choice is not available, you have more options on your first call. Then call the theatre to make your reservation. Groups of 16 or more can not be booked online. |

You will receive a contract within two weeks. Read the contract, sign it and return the signed copy with a $100.00 deposit to secure your reservation. |

Your full payment and final count is due three weeks prior to your visit. |

Show shells are available here for your group or social club to make flyers for your members without all the hassle! Show information and photos are already put together for you and all you need to do is add your personal details in the open box at the bottom. All flyers are black and white and are a 300 dpi PDF image.
| SPECIAL RED HAT PERFORMANCES! We offer group rates to all Red Hat Chapters and there are special performances selected during the season where you can attend the dinner and show and parade your hats and styles with fellow members. Call the Group Sales Department to make your reservations.
Professional Tour Operators The prices quoted above are for groups of 16 or more and are group leader rates. To qualify for professional tour operator rates, you must be a member of a professional tour association such as ABA, NTA, OMCA or state motorcoach association, and must complete the qualifying application. Group rates will apply on all reservations until the form is completed and approved.

JUST THE DETAILS:
SEATING ASSIGNMENTS AND GROUP RATES: Best available seating is assigned at the time of the reservation; not at payment. The party size must be 16 or more paying customers.
COMPLIMENTARY DINNER & SHOW TICKETS: All drivers and escorts will receive complimentary dinner and show tickets when arriving by motorcoach. These complimentary tickets are NOT TRANSFERRABLE and will be void if not used by driver and escort. If arriving by car, every 21st dinner and show ticket is complimentary.
CONTRACT and DEPOSIT: You will receive a contract for your trip within one week after making your reservation. The contract should be signed and returned with a $100 deposit within 30 days.
FINAL COUNT and PAYMENT: Final payment is due three weeks before the performance date. Payment may be made by cash, check, charge or money order.
CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS: Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to the performance date in order to receive a full refund. Refunds will be received two weeks following the cancellation date. Cancellations due to weather are transferable to another show date.
GRATUITY: The gratuity is included for service provided by the servers. If there is additional service for drink orders or if you feel you have received exemplary service, we ask that you tip accordingly.
ARRIVAL: All motorcoaches will be greeted at the front door by a step-on greeter to welcome you and escort you to your seats. If you will be arriving individually, you may assign seats prior to your visit, or the guests may just check in with the host at the podium the day of the performance.
SEATING: You may receive your seating assignments upon final payment if you choose to pre-arrange your party prior to arrival. Otherwise, we will be happy to arrange your tables in the lobby before escorting you to your seats.

Broadway Palm was the second theatre to open. The mainstage is a 450-seat dinner theater and the Café Cabaret is an eighty seat separate dining room. Sanibel Island beaches are known for their beautiful seashells and the most spectacular sunsets in the world! There are a number of tours for nature and wildlife lovers, as well as water sports enthusiasts.

Broadway Palm West is the newest addition to the family and is located in the Mesa-Phoenix metropolitan area. The mainstage dinner theater accommodates 500 guests. Mesa is home to the most exceptional golf resorts and Southwestern history. The Apache Trail follows the footsteps that Indians and hopeful prospectors took and the Grand Canyon, casinos of Nevada and the Rocky Mountains of Colorado are all within a four hour driving!
