While we love children, toddlers and infants are discouraged for the courtesy of other patrons and for your enjoyment. Our Children’s Theatre productions are recommended for children under the age of 5. Visit our children’s theatre page to see the shows recommended for our young audiences.
2020 Cancellation Policy: Individual tickets can be transfered to another date, a gift certificate can be issued or money can be held on your account for individual tickets cancelled by noon for evening performances or 10am for matinee performances.* A refund can be issued by the original form of payment less a $3.00 per order cancellation fee for individual tickets cancelled 48 hours prior to the performance.*
*Fee is not applicable on group reservations or season memberships. Fees cannot be refunded.
What if it snows?
We have a very lenient snow policy, however generally shows are not canceled due to weather. If a show would be cancelled, we would contact you. We do not adhere to the regular cancellation policy during the winter months. You may re-book without question, receive a gift certificate or if you will not be traveling back to the area, we even offer a refund for your tickets.
Can you hold reservations while I check with others to see if they want to join us?
Seats can not be held without a reservation. We recommend that you make the reservation for the most people that may be in your party. You can always change the number two weeks prior to the performance date.
Can I pay by check for my reservations?
You can pay by check as long as it is received three weeks prior to the performance date.
How do I get my tickets?
After full payment has been made, tickets can be e-mailed or be held at the box office at no cost. There is a $3.00 per order fee to mail tickets. If the reservation or payment is made one week prior to the performance the tickets will be held at the box office or emailed.
How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?
You can redeem your gift certificate or check your gift certificate balance when ordering tickets online at DutchApple.com. If ordering over the phone, after you make your reservation and receive your order number, write it on the gift certificate and send it to the theatre at 510 Centerville Rd. Lancaster, PA 17601 with any additional balance that is due. Once the gift certificate/payment is received, your ticket can be sent to you OR make sure to bring your Gift Certificate and order number with you the day of the show to pay for your order and pick up your tickets at the Box Office.
