    Soup:

    • Chicken Cheddar Potato Chowder

    Salads:

    (Choice of either House or Caesar Salad; dinner rolls and butter)

    • House Salad:  mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers. Choice of dressing Ranch, Italian or Blue Cheese.
    • Caesar Salad: fresh cut romaine lettuce tossed with house made dressing and topped with croutons (anchovies available upon request)

    Entrees:

    (Choice of one entrée)

      • Choice Cut Prime Rib: Cooked to order temperature, served with red beets and a baked potato. Medium Rare; Medium; Well Done
        • Pairs well with a bottle of Ruffino Chianti
      • Red Snapper – Fresh Red Snapper topped with seasoned panko crumbs, then oven seared. Served with red beets and a baked potato garnished with local micro greens.
        • Pairs well with a bottle of Carl Reh Riesling
      • Honey and Bourbon Chicken Breast– Oven seared chicken breast brushed with bourbon and honey, topped with pecans. Served with red beets and a baked potato.
        • Pairs well with a bottle of Cavit Pinot Grigio
      • Asparagus and Ricotta Ravioli- Tender pasta sheets stuffed with asparagus and cheese tossed in a light basil pesto. Garnished with pine nuts and served with a garlic breadstick.
        • Pairs well with a glass of our house white or pink moscato

    Desserts:

    (Choice of a dessert)

    • Dutch Apple Cheesecake: Our signature creamy New York style cheesecake with an apple pie filling, swirled throughout and a streusel topping.
    • Carrot Cake: Lightly spiced carrot cake filled with carrots, raisins, and pecans with cinnamon cream cheese. Finished off with a cream cheese icing, crunchy walnuts, and candied pecans.
    • Salted Caramel Brownie: Brownie with a salted caramel filling. Drizzled with dark chocolate and salted caramel. Topped with a pretzel crust and garnished with whipped cream.
