    Soup:

    • Beef Lentil Soup with Parmesan Crouton

    Salads:

    (Choice of either House or Caesar Salad; dinner rolls and butter)

    • House Salad:  mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers. Choice of dressing Ranch, Italian or Blue Cheese.
    • Caesar Salad: fresh cut romaine lettuce tossed with house made dressing and topped with croutons (anchovies available upon request)

    Entrees:

    (Choice of one entrée)

      • Choice Cut Prime Rib: Cooked to order temperature, served with steamed Broccoli florets and roasted red potatoes sprinkled with black sea salt. Medium Rare; Medium; Well Done
        • Pairs well with a bottle of Louis Jadot Beaujolais
      • Fresh Atlantic Salmon – Oven baked salmon brushed with a honey, ginger and soy sauce glaze served with white rice and broccoli florets.
        • Pairs well with a bottle of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay
      • Chicken Caprese– Baked chicken breast topped with fresh buffalo mozzarella, basil, and a fresh cherry tomato and garlic sauce served with broccoli florets and roasted red potatoes sprinkled with black sea salt.
        • Pairs well with a bottle of Chateau St Michelle Savignon Blanc
      • Coin Purse Pasta: coin purse shaped pasta stuffed with cheese and dressed with a sundried tomato pesto and drizzled with an Arugula infused olive oil garnished with shaved parmesan cheese and a garlic bread stick.

    • Angel Food Cake: Light and fluffy angel food cake served with a strawberry sauce, whipped cream and a fresh strawberry garnish.
    • Dutch Apple Cheesecake: Our signature creamy New York style cheesecake with an apple pie filling swirled throughout and a struesel topping drizzled with a salted caramel sauce.
    • Devils Food Chocolate Cake: Decadent four layer chocolate cake with a fudge frosting accented with dark chocolate shavings, drizzled with chocolate ganache and a dollop of whipped cream.
