Based on a true story, Newsies is a classic with the power to inspire.

Matt Henningsen
Matt Henningsen (Jack Kelly) (he/him) is thrilled to return to Dutch Apple to play Jack in Newsies, which has been a dream of his since high school! You may have seen him boogieing onstage last fall as Tony in Saturday Night Fever. Other regional credits include RENT (Roger), Rock of Ages (Drew), A Bronx Tale (Crazy Mario), and Side Show (Ensemble). Matt would like to thank his friends and family for their undying support and love. This performance is dedicated to my two shining stars, in the best seats in the house. Kylan Ross
Kylan Ross (Harry the Horse/Nathan Detroit US) (he/him) is very excited to return to Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre after Newsies. Originally from Ireland, Kylan now calls New York City home. Previous credits include: Next to Normal (Gabe - Berkshire Theatre Award Nominee for Outstanding Supporting Male in a Musical 2022), Urinetown (Bobby Strong), Todrick Hall: Straight Outta Oz - North American Tour (The Wizard), Pippin (Pippin), Newsies (Davey/Race), Ragtime (Younger Brother), Chess (Anatoly), A Chorus Line (Al), The World Goes Round (Berkshire Theatre Award Nominee for Outstanding Lead Male in a Musical 2021). Brodie Kennedy
Brodie Kennedy (Little Boy) started his career at the age of 4 doing small roles in television episodes. Most recently, his theatre roles have included Bruce in Matilda Jr. the Musical, Les in Disney's Newsies, Young Charlie in Kinky Boots, Tiny Tim/Young Scrooge in A Christmas Carol, Michael Hobbs in Elf: The Musical, Pugsley in The Addams Family: A New Musical Comedy, Kurt von Trapp in The Sound of Music, and Kid Elvis in ELVIS: A Musical Revolution. He is so excited to be returning to the stage at Dutch Apple! Brodie would like to thank Lauren Sobon for inviting him to return and his family and friends for all of their support!
Adam Sweeney
Adam Sweeney (Les) is excited to be returning to the Dutch Apple stage! He previously performed in Dutch Apple's productions of Beauty and the Beast (Chip) and Miracle on 34th Street (Youth Male Swing). Last summer, Adam performed as Kurt von Trapp in The Sound of Music at Totem Pole Playhouse. Other favorite roles include Bruce in Matilda the Musical at Hanover High School and Schwartz in A Christmas Story: The Musical at The Belmont Theatre. Adam is grateful for this opportunity and thanks his family for their love and support.
Katherine Lindsley
Katherine Lindsley (Katherine Plumber) is a recent graduate of the Institute for American Musical Theatre and is so happy to be back at Dutch Apple! Victor Legarreta
Victor Legarreta (Grandfather/Ensemble) is so happy to be returning to the Dutch Apple stage! Audience might remember him as Beadle in A Christmas Carol, Brick in Escape to Margaritaville, Big Jule in Guys and Dolls, Pulitzer in Newsies, Hercule Poirot in Murder on the Orient Express, Dennis in Rock of Ages, Daddy Warbucks in Annie, Moonface Martin in Anything Goes, or numerous other shows he has starred in, written or directed here at DADT. Victor was also the Lion on the 2017/2018 national tour of The Wizard of Oz.  Victor is also an accomplished chef. His spices are for sale in the gift shop. Follow him on insta @therealchefvic   
Chanel Black
Chanel Black (Newsie/Ensemble/Medda US) is overjoyed to be part of this fabulous production! She recently played Pilar in Legally Blonde the Musical ('22 - '23 National Tour). Other favorite credits include Deloris in Sister Act (Crane River Theatre), Olive in Bullets Over Broadway (Rockford University), and Consuelo in West Side Story (RVC Starlight Theatre). Cora Cook
Cora Cook (Female Swing) is excited to be returning to the Dutch Apple stage for Hairspray! Some favorite Dutch Apple credits include Newsies (Buttons) and Margaritaville (Ensemble). Cora has also appeared in a few short films and commercials. She has been dancing for 16 years. Cora also studies voice with Joanne Abrom. Brynne Davidson (Female Swing) (she/her) is happy to return to the Dutch Apple stage. Lincoln Everett
Lincoln Everett (Newsie) is 16 years old heading into his senior year. He has been acting since he was 9 and dancing since he was 11. He has been in many theatre productions and a few favorites are A Tale of Two Cities (Gaspard), Hello Dolly (Ambrose), and Cinderella (Lord Pinkelton). Lincoln is so excited to make his Dutch Apple debut. This is a show he has wanted to be a part of for a very long time and is so grateful for this opportunity. Lincoln would like to thank his parents and sibling, but most importantly, he would like to thank God for giving him the talents he has.
Becca Goebel
Becca Goebel (Susan Hershey/Pam US) is excited to return to the Dutch Apple stage for The Full Monty. Tammie Harris
Tammie Harris (Medda) is thrilled to be making her Dutch Apple debut in Newsies! She's an actress and singer from Georgetown, KY who counts the Witch in Into the Woods (Prima Tehatre) among her most recent roles. Other credits include Effie White in Dreamgirls (Distilled Theatre), Thw Princess Who Kissed the Frog in Disenchanted (Circa '21 Dinner Playhouse), and Nell in Ain't Misbehavin' (Encore Theatre). When she's not traveling the country to perform,  you can find her moisturizing, researching eyebrow microblading, being Whitney Houston's unofficial fan club president, and laughing at videos of jump scares and people falling...basically the same things she does when she is traveling. Her advice: daily warm-ups, moistuizers with SPF, and E.L.F. eyebrow kits for sparse brows. Tammie would like to thank her family and friends for their infinite love and support and, of course, Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre for the amazing opportunity!
Ben Jaeger
Ben Jaeger (Ensemble/Big Jule US) is excited to returning to the Dutch Apple stage after last being seen as Albert in Newsies! Ben is a graduate of Drake University with his BFA Musical Theatre and recent Playhouse on the Square alum. Braedyn Jones (Gilbert) is excited to return to the Dutch Apple stage. You may have recently seen Braedyn in various shows in the area or competing at regional dance competitions. He has been dancing for 8 years, including 7 years competitively, in various genres winning 3 regional titles. He loves to perform and entertain, planning to pursue a future career as a performer. He would like to thank his family, friends, and dance teachers for their guidance and support.

Kayla Klase (Ensemble/Mother US) is honored to be part of this beautifully poignant show. She was most recently seen at Dutch Apple in A Christmas Carol and Sister Act. Cole Bryant Medley
Cole Bryant Medley (Newsie) was born and raised in Texas and attended Texas A&M University where he received a BFA in Dance Performance. After making the long drive, he now resides in Hummelstown, PA where he has been for nearly 3 years. A few professional credits include Norwegian Cruise Line, Azamara Cruise Line, Lone Star Ballet, and Hershey Park. Cole also shares his love for dance by teaching at One Broadway Dance Academy in downtown Hershey. When not dancing, you can find Cole exploring new restaurants or watching TV crime dramas.
Brad Myer
Brad Myer (Younger Brother) is thrilled to return for his third production at Dutch Apple! Bryan Willey (Oscar Delancey/Newsie/Darcy/Ensemble/Jack US) is so excited to make his Dutch Apple debut! He is a graduate of the Sight and Sound Conservatory, Class of 2023. Some notable theatre credits include Jack Kelly (Newsies, AHS, 2021), Ren McCormack (Footloose, AHS, 2019), Grandpa Vanderhof (You Can't Take It With You, SSC, 2023), Miles Tuck (Tuck Everlasting, SSC, 2023), and Ensemble/Philistine Fighter Swing (David, Sight and Sound Theatre, 2022). He would like to thank his teachers at Sight and Sound Consesrvatory, his parents, the cast and crew of Dutch Apple, and (most importantly) his Lord and Savior - Jesus Christ.
