“Last night my husband John and I attended the Neil Diamond Tribute Concert. We had a lovely time.” Our server Owen was great. He brought us a carafe of iced tea and extra Splenda as requested. We really appreciate good service. The food was delicious. The show was amazing. The performer looked like and even sounded like Neil Diamond. “I just want to share some very positive feedback with you concerning your amazing team. On Sunday (January 19) my husband and I were to go to the Murder for Two matinee. Still, on Saturday (January 18) the weather report sounded bleak for Sunday afternoon….I called your ticket office late in the afternoon and had such an attentive, kind and caring agent help me… she was able to get us a seating for 2 on February 14th. We like the tables of two so I can help (my disabled husband) with all he needs. She couldn’t have been more professional and helpful.We find all your staff so kind to us….Our servers know what we like to drink and just confirm with us as soon as we sit down. When we first became season ticket holders we use to sit in the front row but after my husband needed a walker we found the table of 2 to best suit our needs. …Obviously, we feel special each time we come to the theatre. Your shows continue to get better every year…the customer service experience stands out and adds to such memorable experiences at Dutch Apple. The food also is getting better every year. We sing your praises to our friends and family… Again, thank you for having a team that goes above and beyond and treats us, especially my husband with a disability, with such kindness and caring every time we are in your theatre.

“Very well done with awesome actors and actresses. Small but roomy, 4 at a table is a little tight, but worth it. Sat right up front and was blown away by it. Actors and actresses were amazing!!!!!! Music was also very good. Timing for everything was well planned. The food was good, salad bar was very fresh. Pretzel crusted chicken was not great, tortilla crust fish was good, brisket was good. “Highly recommend this theatre! Broadway caliber shows in the heart of Amish country, close to NY and Gettysburg. We most recently saw The Sound of Music, but have traveled to see many wonderful shows here. The casts are always top notch, and this musical joyfully paid homage to the movie with happy, creative surprises. I love the coconut cake and the service is personal and welcoming. When we left the theatre we were thanked for coming. I recommend getting tickets first before getting any hotel accommodations, because tour buses come from all over to see these shows. We’ve sat in many different seats over the years and have never been disappointed.” – Venturefree 2019

“The buffet food was plentiful and tasty. There was a salad bar, dinner items, and dessert bar. We had three in our party and another individual was seated with us that was very pleasant. The show was excellent with beautiful voices. Even the children were such good actors/actresses. Lovely night.” – Lisa M.

“Stellar! This was a wonderful night! The dinner was exceptionally delicious and plentiful. It is set up as a buffet and you can return as often as you want. The food is worth a return trip which also includes many desserts and ice cream. The play was AWESOME!!! Sound of Music. The cast is to be commended for a spot-on performance without even a glitch in the lines of the littlest kid. Oh, and the kids were fantastic! You never got the feeling that these were actors. They were dramatic but not over dramatic. Their performances were so believable. Our next trip to Lancaster will include another trip to Dutch Apple. “Lunch and Show  – We were just here for Jersey Boys. We were seated at a side table with a large group. You are close in seating so get to know your neighbor. The food was a buffet and was good. They had several protein options and some salads with plenty of desserts. The show was interesting and entertaining as they give you quite a bit of history on the group which was great. Though Frankie Valli is extremely hard to duplicate I feel they did a good job. The actors and actresses sounded great, crisp and clear. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back in the future. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly.” – ZL4
