    Choice Cut Prime Rib – Served with oven roasted potatoes and green beans. Gluten Free
    Available: Medium Rare- red inside; Medium- pink inside; Well Done- no pink

    Salmon Twist – 6 oz portion of salmon topped with asparagus wrapped with a puff pastry twist and a lemon basil drizzle. Served with rice pilaf with spinach and sundried tomatoes and green beans.

    Broccoli and Cheddar Stuffed Chicken Breast – Fresh chicken breast stuffed with broccoli and aged cheddar cheese topped with a sherry cream sauce. Served with roasted potatoes and green beans.

    Penne Alfredo – Penne pasta tossed with a classic Alfredo sauce and shredded Pecorino cheese. Served with garlic bread. (Add sliced chicken breast for $2.00)

    Chicken Tenders – Baked breaded chicken tenders with BBQ dipping sauce. Served with roasted potatoes and green beans.

    Strawberry Float Cake – Layers of strawberry and vanilla cake speckled with strawberry pieces topped with strawberry cream cheese icing and tangy yogurt crumbles. Served with a fresh strawberry garnish and whipped cream.

    Lemon Drop Cheesecake – New York style cheesecake swirled with fresh lemon curd on a vanilla crumb crust. Topped with a buttery sweet streusel topping. Served with whipped cream and a fresh lemon garnish.

    Chocolate Thunder Cake – Layers of rich chocolate cake with dark chocolate icing covered in semi-sweet chocolate pieces and dusted with dutch cocoa. Served with chocolate ganache and whipped cream.

    Kentucky bourbon and amaretto mixed with sweet and sour mix. Served on ice with a lemon slice and a cherry.

    Courtyard Lemonade
    Malibu coconut rum and fresh lemonade mixed with peach fruit puree. Served on ice and garnished with an orange slice.

    Merlyn’s Martini
    Premium vodka and melon liqueur mixed with lime juice and simple syrup. Shaken and strained into an oversized martini glass and garnished with a lime slice.
