    Soup:

    • New England Clam Chowder

    Salads:

    (Choice of either House or Caesar Salad; dinner rolls and butter)

    • House Salad:  mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers. Choice of dressing Ranch, Italian or Blue Cheese.
    • Caesar Salad: fresh cut romaine lettuce tossed with house made dressing and topped with croutons (anchovies available upon request)

      • Choice Cut Prime Rib – Cooked to order temperature. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sugar snap peas tossed with tarragon butter. Medium Rare; Medium; Well Done
        • Pairs well with a bottle of Louis Jadot Beaujolais
      • Fresh Atlantic Salmon – Fresh Atlantic Salmon with a ginger lime sauce on a bed of spinach. Served with coconut rice and sugar snap peas tossed with tarragon butter.
        • Pairs well with a bottle of Chateau St. Michelle Sauvignon Blanc
      • Bone in Frenched Pork Chop – Pork chop brushed with lavender honey and oven seared. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sugar snap peas tossed with tarragon butter.
        • Pairs well with a bottle of Kendall Jackson Reserve Chardonnay
      • Asiago and Parsley Stuffed Ravioli – Tender pasta sheets stuffed with Asiago cheese, parsley, and tossed with Alfredo sauce. Topped with shaved Parmesan cheese. Served with a garlic bread stick.

    • Mango Mousse Cake: Delicate sponge cake topped with a tangy mango mousse. Served with whipped cream, lime slice and a cherry.
    • Piña Colada Coconut Cake: Classic white cake with Piña Colada flavors. Coated with toasted coconut and served with whipped cream and a cherry.
    • Mini Chocolate Truffle Bomb Cake: Dark chocolate cake filled with a silky chocolate cream coated in a chocolate ganache. Served with raspberry sauce, whipped cream, and fresh strawberry and mint.
