    House Salad: Mixed greens, shredded carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers. Choice of dressing ranch, Italian, balsamic or blue cheese

    Caesar Salad: Fresh cut romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing and topped with croutons.

    Entrée (Choice of one)

    Choice Cut Prime Rib – Served with Hasselback Potato and Winter Blend Vegetables. (GF).  Medium Rare – Red Inside; Medium – Pink Inside; Well Done – No Pink.

    Baked Dijon Salmon – Salmon Filet baked with Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice, Garlic and Thyme. Served with Rice Pilaf and Winter Blend Vegetables.

    Balsamic Glazed Pork Loin Chop – Bone in (10 Ounce) Pork Loin Chop sautéed with Red Onions, Balsamic Vinegar, Brown Sugar, and Rosemary. Served with Hasselback Potato and Winter Blend Vegetables.

    Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Ravioli with Pesto Cream – Steamed and served with a Pesto Alfredo Sauce.  Served with bread stick.

    Chicken Tenders – Deep fried breaded chicken tenders with BBQ or Honey Mustard Sauces. Served with Hasselback Potato and Winter Blend Vegetables.

    Dessert (Choice of one)

    Tiramisu Tranico Cake – Layers of cake filled with cream and coffee syrup. Dusted with Cocoa Powder and finished with Lady Fingers.

    White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake – A silken smooth, yet refreshing light white chocolate cheesecake swirled with a vibrant red raspberry garnish.

    Mascarpone Cannoli with Fresh Strawberries – Cannoli shells stuffed with sweetened Mascarpone filling. Dusted with 10X sugar and served with a fresh strawberry.
