Braxton Allen (Seaweed J. Stubbs) is ecstatic to make his debut at the Dutch Apple! He was last seen as Nomax in Five Guys Named Moe at Peach State Summer Theatre. Some of his favorite credits include Jimmy Early in Dreamgirls, Scott in Disaster, Josh in American Idiot, and Cain in Children of Eden. Bobby Becher (Corny Collins) is so happy to return to Lancaster, having previously appeared in Dutch Apple productions of Jersey Boys, Phantom, Anything Goes, James and the Giant Peach, The Will Rogers Follies, Honk!, Holiday Inn, and The Snow Queen. Additional credits include: White Christmas (Phil Davis), Beauty and the Beast (Lumiere), Disaster! (Chad), The Play that Goes Wrong (Robert). Yassie Kiara Bonner
Yassie Kiara Bonner (Little Inez/Dynamite US). Hailing from the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, Yassie is a recent graduate of Viterbo University Conservatory of the Performing Arts, where she earned her degree in Musical Theater and Dance. She has recently captivated audiences as Joanne Jefferson in RENT at La Crosse Theater and as a featured performer in Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theater’s Motown Sound. Yassie is thrilled to bring her energy and talent to her debut in Hairspray!
Cora Cook
Cora Cook (Female Swing) is excited to be returning to the Dutch Apple stage for Hairspray! Some favorite Dutch Apple credits include Newsies (Buttons) and Margaritaville (Ensemble). Cora has also appeared in a few short films and commercials. She has been dancing for 16 years. Cora also studies voice with Joanne Abrom. Elliott Evans (Male Swing)is thrilled to return to Dutch Apple! Jim Johnson
Jim Johnson (Wilbur Turnblad) was previously onstage at the Dutch Apple in last season's production of Guys and Dolls. Jim is excited to reprise Wilbur, one of his favorite roles. Other favorites include Gus, the theatre-cat in Cats and Herr Shultz in Cabaret. Jim is the Founding Artistic Director at Susquehanna Stage, located in Marietta, PA, where he has directed and produced 60+ plays and musicals. Currently, his best role is playing "Pops" to his grandchildren, Nolan, Parker, and Juliet. Many thanks to Lauren and Amy for this and many opportunities with Prather Productions.
Braedyn Jones
Braedyn Jones (Gilbert) is excited to return to the Dutch Apple stage. You may have recently seen Braedyn in various shows in the area or competing at regional dance competitions. He has been dancing for 8 years, including 7 years competitively, in various genres winning 3 regional titles. He loves to perform and entertain, planning to pursue a future career as a performer. Temperance Jones
Temperance Jones (Cindy/Dynamite/Little Inez US) is thrilled to be back in Lancaster! Hairspray is one of her favorite stories. A Birmingham, Alabama native, Temperance has showcased her talent nationally. Brian Kalinowski (Edna Turnblad) grew up in Wilmington, DE, received a BA in Theatre: Acting/Directing from DeSales University in Allentown, PA, and has lived in NYC for the past 20 years. Brian originated the role of Edna Turnblad in Hairspray onboard Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas. Other credits include: Chicago (Amos) on the 25th Anniversary International Tour; The Prom (Sheldon u/s Barry); Sister Act (Joey). Brian is also an award winning performer at NYC’s legendary Don’t Tell Mama Piano Bar.

Briana VanVleet (Lorraine/Dynamite/Motormouth US) is a lover of laughter and smiles and looks forward to continuing to put smiles on faces with Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre. She is originally from Southern Maryland, but calls the Lancaster area home. She has performed locally in Sight and Sound's Samson, Servant Stage's production of the Broadway musical The Civil War, Rock Around the Clock and their production of the Broadway musical Ragtime, as well as, Magic and Wonder Dinner Theatre’s Jukebox Jive. Jasmine Lacy Young (Motormouth Maybelle) is so excited to be making her Dutch Apple debut in one of her favorite shows! Jasmine is a KY native and now a NYC local!
