Everyone’s favorite ogre takes the stage!  When Shrek finds his swamp has been invaded by fairytale misfits banished by Lord Farquaad, he sets off with his friend Donkey to restore peace to the swamp. If he rescues feisty princess Fiona, his swamp will be righted. Shrek tries to win Fiona’s love and vanquish Lord Farquaad, but a fairytale wouldn’t be complete without a few twists and turns along the way.

David Fogell
David Fogell  (Shrek) is excited to be in the Dutch Apples’ performance of Shrek Jr. Although this is his first show at the Dutch Apple, David enjoys the art of performing and has worked in shows such as Big Fish, Beauty and the Beast, The Crucible, and Willy Wonka Jr. David mainly acts, but in his free time, he builds and performs puppets. He wants to thank his family for supporting him through all his wacky and “strange” endeavors. He hopes that you will enjoy the performance, and can’t wait to show you the big, bright, beautiful world of Shrek Jr.
Trenton Breneman
Trenton Breneman (Donkey) is very exited to be playing Donkey! Trenton performs in many musicals at various theaters in the area. He would like to thank his family and friends for supporting him and his love of theater.
Caroline Weber
Caroline Weber (Fiona) is so grateful to be spending her summer at Dutch Apple! Past shows here include The Sound of Music, The Little Mermaid, Frozen Jr, Legally Blonde Jr and Descendants. When she’s not breaking ogre curses or belting high notes from a tower, Caroline’s perfecting her swamp tap dance and embracing her inner princess. Love to her sister, Olivia!
RJ Scaacalossi
RJ Scaacalossi (Lord Farquaad) is thrilled to be making his debut on the Dutch Apple stage! RJ enjoyed performing in various productions on Manheim Township High School’s stage; But Why Bump Off Barnaby?, FAME, Peter and the Star Catcher, and Singin’ in the Rain. He additionally would like to thank his friends for encouraging him to get involved with theatre and his family and directors for support. He hopes you enjoy the show!
Sam Short
Sam Short (Pinocchio) is excited to return to the Dutch Apple Stage after most recent credits including Sponge Bob Youth Edition and Frozen, Jr! He would like to thank everyone at the Dutch Apple for always inspiring and to the audience for supporting live theater! Enjoy the show! IG: @ samshort11
Emma Kessler
Emma Kessler (Gingy) is delighted to be participating in her first production with Dutch Apple! Emma has taken part in multiple productions in the past including Legally Blonde (Paulette), Newsies (Medda Larkin), and most recently Hairspray (A Nicest Kid in Town). She hopes the audiences of Shrek Jr. loves the show just as much as she loves being in it! She also hopes everybody takes the advice of that quick-witted cookie: Let your freak flag fly!
Clare Short
Clare Short (Dragon/ Wicked Witch) is thrilled to be cast in her third production with the Dutch Apple after her most recent productions; Sponge Bob Youth Edition and Frozen, Jr. She would like to thank the Dutch Apple for this incredible opportunity and to the audience who makes live theatre possible! Ava Joy Munn
Ava Joy Munn (Teen Fiona/ Ugly Duckling) is so excited to be back on stage at Dutch Apple in Shrek Jr.! Some of her favorite past roles include Belle (Beauty and the Beast, LAPA), Dorothy (The Wizard of Oz, Servant Stage), Annie (Annie, Servant Stage), and Louisa (The Sound of Music, Dutch Apple). She’s also been part of three magical Christmas seasons at AMT and began her journey in theatre as a child actor at Sight & Sound Theatres. On screen, she played Alice Mary Longfellow in I Heard the Bells, Sight & Sound Films’ very first movie. She’s loved every minute of working on this show and is so thankful for the support, guidance, and encouragement from all the incredible directors and staff. So much love to her friends, family, and God!
Juliana Lopez
Juliana Lopez (Mama Ogre/ Mama Bear) is a passionate performer and musician with a deep love for the stage. She has appeared in SpongeBob the Musical (Mayor) and Frozen Jr. (Ensemble) at Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre, as well as school productions of The Addams Family, Fiddler on the Roof, and Pippin. In addition to theater, she loves playing piano and violin. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Isaiah (Yuya) Miller
Isaiah (Yuya) Miller (Papa Ogre/ Papa Bear) is a young performer who is excited to take part in his 7th musical production. Through his work as an actor, Yuya is really passionate about the joy and laughter that is brought to the audience through every performance. He believes that a smile is the best way to help someone as, he was told at young age to "keep smiling when things get tough because a smile will give him the strength to keep moving forward in life." Now, he wants to bring smiles to people through his acting and making sure that they are having fun. "To make the theater a place of peace and happiness, a Nirvana! That's what I smile for!"
Violet Bartlett
Violet Bartlett (Baby Ogre/ Baby Bear/ Young Fiona) is thrilled to make her Dutch Apple debut! Favorite past credits include Matilda in Matilda Jr., Young Anastasia in Anastasia, and Little Lucie in A Tale of Two Cities. Violet is grateful to God for the gift of performing and sends love to her family, friends (special shout-out to the Forks!), and everyone who has supported her journey. Enjoy the show — it’s gonna be ogre-the-top fun!
Charlotte Evans
Charlotte Evans (Pig 1 / Blind Mouse) is excited to be returning to Dutch Apple! She was recently seen in Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre’s production of Frozen, Jr. Some of her favorite credits include: Grease (Jan), Shrek Jr. (Fairy Godmother) and James and the Giant Peach Jr. (Aunt Sponge) at Susquehanna Stage; The SpongeBob Musical (Pearl Krabs) and Disney’s Descendants: The Musical(Coach/Ensemble) at Dutch Apple. She is in 10th grade at Commonwealth Charter Academy. Charlotte is thankful for the support of her family and friends and thanks the entire Shrek production team for this opportunity. Cella Berardi
Cella Berardi (Pig 2/ Blind Mouse) is so excited to be spending another summer on the Dutch Apple stage!! She has enjoyed crafting the art of acting by participating in a handful of previous Broadway Bound camps and has been thrilled to put those skills to use in many main stage productions!! Some of her recent favorites have been Fiddler on the Roof, White Christmas, and The Sound of Music!! She hopes you find yourself immersed in a "Big, Bright, Beautiful World" as you enjoy this fun-filled production of Shrek Jr.!! ~Matthew 5:16~
Cameron Smith
Cameron Smith (Pig 3/ Blind Mouse) is always so honored to perform at Dutch Apple! Her previous credits here include: White Christmas (Susan), Sound of Music (Brigitta), Legally Blonde Jr, Elf, and Miracle on 34th Street. She wants to thank Lauren and all of the staff for this opportunity and she knows you’ll enjoy the show!  
William Wolfe
William Wolfe (Wolf) is enthusiastic to make his Dutch Apple Debut. William has enjoyed his time at Penn Manor Productions and helping out with his school's theater's costume crew. Productions he has been in are Once Upon a Mattress, PUFFs, and Beauty and the Beast. Being a part of the theater community is one of the many reasons why William hopes to pursue a career in theatrical costuming.
Adam Sweeney
Adam Sweeney (Peter Pan) is excited to be back at Dutch Apple this summer! Last summer, he performed here as SpongeBob in The SpongeBob Musical, Youth Edition. Most recently, Adam performed as Lawrence in Carlisle Theatre’s production of School of Rock and as Benjamin in Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Hanover High School. Other favorite roles include Les in Disney’s Newsies and Duke of Weselton in Frozen Jr., both at Dutch Apple, Kurt in The Sound of Music at Totem Pole Playhouse, and Bruce in Matilda the Musical at Hanover High School. Adam is grateful for this opportunity and thanks his family for their love and support.
Collin Rosebrook
Collin Rosebrook (Captain Of The Guard) is excited to return to Dutch Apple! You may have seen Collin in The Full Monty last summer right here at Dutch Apple! Collin hopes you have a great laugh, and leave with one of the story’s' many great lines stuck in your head!
Teagan Glinski
Teagan Glinski (Swing) is thrilled to be the Female Swing for Shrek Jr! Some past roles include Medda Larkin in Newsies Jr. (Landisville Middle School) and Scarecrow in Wizard of Oz, Youth Edition (Creative Pursuits Academy). She wants to thank her family, friends and voice teacher Abigail Simiele for all their support!
