Crisp shortcut pastry shell filled with Chantilly cream and topped with a layer of sponge cake lavishly garnished with an assortment of blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, red currants and strawberries. Served with whipped cream and fresh mint.

Two thin layers of cannoli cake filled and iced with a ricotta and chocolate chip cannoli filling and dusted with powdered sugar. Served with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
