Carter Rutkowski (Ensemble) is thrilled to return to the Dutch Apple stage! His previous Dutch Apple credits include Hairspray, Footloose and Disney’s The Little Mermaid. Other local credits include 9 to 5 at the Fulton Theatre. He is a recent college graduate with a BFA in Musical Theatre. Special love to his family and to God be the glory.
