Perks of traveling as a group of 16 or more
- Meal, show, tax, and gratuity is included in the price.
- Arrival by motorcoach: group leader and motorcoach driver will each receive a complimentary, non-transferrable dinner and show ticket.
- Arrival by car: every 21st person will receive a complimentary dinner and show ticket.
- Group leader and motorcoach driver receive a 20% discount card for themselves to use in the gift shop for the performance day.
- Flexible snow policy.

- Gracious hospitality by step-on greeters upon arrival, lobby hosts, and service staff.
Group Guidelines
- The best available seating is assigned at the time of booking the reservation. The party size must be 16 or more paying customers. Seating is subject to change at any time between the reservation date and the final payment date. A seating chart will be sent upon your final payment. Please have all seating pre-assigned and given to each person.
- All drivers and escorts will receive complimentary dinner and show tickets when arriving by motorcoach. These complimentary tickets are NOT TRANSFERRABLE and will be void if not used by driver and escort. If arriving by car, every 21st dinner and show ticket is complimentary.
- You will receive an invoice for you trip within one week of making your reservation. A $100 deposit is required to be paid within 30 days. If a reservation is made less than a month prior to the performance, full payment must be made at the time of reservation.
- Final payment is due three weeks before the performance date. Payment may be made by cash, check, credit card, or money order.
- Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to the performance date in order to receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations due to weather are transferable to another show date.
- Gratuity is included for service provided by servers. If there is additional service for drink orders or you feel you have had exemplary service, we ask that you tip accordingly.
- All motorcoaches will be greeted at the front door by a step-on greeter to welcome you and escort you to your seats. If you will be arriving individually, the guests may just check in with the host at the podium the day of the performance.

At this time, booking online for groups is unavailable. We like to speak to our group leaders and tour operators to reserve group seats to make sure we get your group the best seating possible on the date you request.
Yes, you can change the date of your reservation at any time prior to the final payment date.
Dutch Apple Dinner Theater accepts checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We prefer payment is not made individually for your group. Checks can be made payable to Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre.
Your group will be greeted by a Dutch Apple step-on guide who will seat your groups if you are arriving by motorcoach. If you are arriving individually, our host will seat the people in your party. If you would like individual tickets for people arriving by car, they can be printed upon request.
Your seats are reserved at the time you make the reservation. All effort is made to reserve your group together. If seating is not available for the entire group together, larger groups will be reserved and as we get closer to the performance date, all efforts will be made to move your seats together, but cannot be guaranteed.
A seating chart will be sent to you once the final count and payment are received. We ask that you pre-assign the seating for your group. To expedite seating, PLEASE bring a master list with you the day you arrive or give the group members their seating assignments before they arrive.
All parking is FREE in our well-lit lot right onsite at Dutch Apple. There are parking spots designed for motorcoaches conveniently located on the premises. Motorcoach drivers and escorts each receive complimentary dinner and show tickets to attend with your group. They should be included in your final count. Motorcoach drop facilities are also available nearby the theatre.

Professional Tour Operators
The group pricing listed above is for groups of 16 or more and are group leader rates. To qualify for professional tour operator rates, you must be a member of a professional tour association such as ABA or a state motorcoach association and must complete the Tour Operator Application provided at the link below. The group pricing rates will apply on all group bookings until this application is completed and approved.
