Exchanges/Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges may be made for another performance or cancelled for Dutch Apple credit. Exchanges/cancellations must be made BY 10 AM the day of the performance and will incur a transfer/cancellation fee. Groups and Subscribers – please refer to guidelines on those pages.

Weather Cancellations

Pennsylvania weather is unpredictable, but at Dutch Apple, we strive to keep the show on! If inclement weather is expected, please check our website and Facebook for performance updates, and check your email if you have a reservation for that day.

If The Performance Is Scheduled To Go On, But You Decide To Cancel

Call the box office BY 9 AM at 717-898-1900 to reschedule your tickets. If the box office is closed, please leave a message with your full name, phone number and performance you are canceling.

 If you are unable to reschedule, the money paid toward the tickets will go onto your Dutch Apple account. Ticket money never expires and can be used toward any future purchase. Fees are incurred with this option.

If The Performance Is Cancelled

An email will be sent, informing you of the show cancellation. There will be a post on our website and social media accounts. All money paid toward tickets will be placed onto your Dutch Apple account for any future purchase, with no fees incurred.

 If you do not have an email on file, box office staff will call you to let you know of the show cancellation.
