Soup:

  • Cream of Broccoli with dry sherry

Salads: (Choice of either House or Caesar Salad; dinner rolls and butter)

  • House Salad:  mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers. Choice of dressing Ranch, Italian or Blue Cheese.
  • Caesar Salad: fresh cut romaine lettuce tossed with caesar dressing and topped with croutons (anchovies available upon request)

Entrees: (Choice of one entrée)

  • Choice Cut Prime Rib – Served with mashed potatoes and asparagus tossed in a garlic butter. GF* Medium Rare- red inside; Medium- pink inside; Well Done- no pink
  • Sea Scallops – Seared dry sea scallops drizzled with a champagne cream sauce. Served with rice pilaf and asparagus tossed in garlic butter. *Can be made GF without sauce
  • Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast – Chicken breast stuffed with broccoli and cheddar cheese topped with a white cream sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and asparagus tossed in garlic butter. *Can be made GF without sauce
  • Garden Vegetable Ravioli – Tender ravioli stuffed with portabella mushroom, red onion, peas and basil. Topped with red tomato garlic and white wine reduction garnish with shredded aged Spanish cheese. Served with a breadstick.
  • Chicken Tenders – Baked chicken tenders served with mashed potatoes and broccoli florets. GF*

Desserts: (Choice of a dessert)

  • Rainbow Cake – Five colorful layers of cake with white chocolate mousse finished with vanilla buttercream icing. Served with whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles and a cherry.
  • Black and White Chocolate Mousse Cake – Rich chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse finished with chocolate ganache and a chocolate wedge. Served with whipped cream and chocolate ganache drizzle.
  • Key Lime Pie – Creamy tart key lime pie with a graham cracker crumb crust. Served with whipped cream and a lime wedge.
