Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake
Two layers of dense, moist chocolate cake with peanut butter filling covered with chocolate icing and topped with Reese’s peanut butter cup chunks. Served with a chocolate ganache drizzle and whipped cream.
Mixed Berry Tart
Crisp shortcut pastry shell filled with Chantilly cream and topped with a layer of sponge cake lavishly garnished with an assortment of blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, red currants and strawberries. Served with whipped cream and fresh mint.
Cannoli Cake
Two thin layers of cannoli cake filled and iced with a ricotta and chocolate chip cannoli filling and dusted with powdered sugar. Served with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
