KIRA RANGEL (Justice/Mother) is a Chicago native (NORTH SIDE REPRESENT). She is so excited to return to the Dutch Apple stage after here debut Beehive: The 60s Musical earlier this year. Her most recent work includes portraying Janet Weiss in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Sonja in THE LIFE, and Loretta in the original holiday production of Deck the Halls! ‘I would like to thank mi familia and my friends for supporting me and every fine arts teacher I have ever known.
