OFFICIAL RULES – LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY
1. Sponsor
The sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre, located at 510 Centerville Road, Lancaster, PA 17601 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who reside in all U.S. states except where prohibited by law, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited.
3. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on 02/12/2026 at 10:00am EST and ends on 02/15/2026 at 11:59pm EST](“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion:
1. Follow the @thedutchapple on Instagram.
2. Like the giveaway announcement post.
3. Tag a friend you would want to bring with you in the comments.
4. Share the giveaway announcement post post to your Instagram story.
5. For an additional entry, post a picture of your favorite plant to your story and tag @thedutchapple.
Limit two (2) entries per person during the Promotion Period.
Entries must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use. Use of automated methods or multiple accounts to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 02/16/2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
The winner will be notified via Instagram within 3 days of selection. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize
The prize consists of 2 Dinner & Show tickets to Little Shop of Horrors, A playbill signed by the show’s cast, a Venus Flytrap plant, a Little Shop of Horrors show magnet, a Little Shop of Horrors Show Glass, 2 Dutch Apple mugs, and Dutch Apple travel blanket with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $325.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize. If required by law, the winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099.
9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Instagram from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for technical failures of any kind.
11. Instagram Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.
13. Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Winner List
To obtain the name of the winner, send a request to tickets@dutchapple.com within 14 days after the Promotion ends.
