Groups of 16 or More Receive:
Groups and group leaders love our special group rates for every party of 16 OR MORE. Group Rates include meal, show, tax, and gratuity.
- Arriving by motorcoach: group leader and motorcoach driver will each receive a complimentary meal & show ticket. These are non-transferrable.
- Arriving by car: every 21st person receives a complimentary meal & show ticket.
- Choose two possible dates when booking your group in case your first date is not available. The best available seating is booked at the time of reservation.
- Group Leader and Motorcoach driver receive a 20% discount card for themselves to use in the gift shop on the performance day.
- A deposit of $100 is due within 30 days of making the reservation and will be applied to the final payment. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the reservation will be cancelled.
- Final count and final payment is due three weeks prior to the performance date.
- Flexible snow policy.
- Free and Well-lit Parking onsite. Motorcoach parking lanes available.
- Gracious hospitality by step-on greeters upon arrival, lobby hosts, and attentive service staff.

Professional Tour Operators
The prices quoted above are for groups of 16 or more and are group leader rates. To qualify for professional tour operator rates, you must be a member of a professional tour association such as ABA or state motorcoach association, and must complete the qualifying application. Group rates will apply on all reservations until the form is completed and approved.
