Soup

with onions, celery and carrots in a vegetable stock.

Mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes served with your choice of dressing: Ranch, Honey Mustard, Balsamic Vinaigrette, or Blue Cheese.

Caesar Salad
Fresh cut romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing topped with croutons and shredded parmesan cheese.

Medium rare, medium or well-done
8oz. cut served with au poivre sauce (pepper cream sauce), red skin smashed potatoes and Prince Charles vegetables.

Airline Chicken Chasseur (GF)
Baked chicken smothered with onions and tomatoes in a white wine brown sauce served with red skin smashed potatoes and Prince Charles vegetables.

Honey Thyme Glazed Salmon (GF)
Salmon filet served with Mediterranean orzo and Prince Charles vegetables.

Ricotta Cheese Lasagna Roll Ups (V)
Rolled lasagna in a tomato basil sauce served with garlic bread.

Breaded Chicken Fingers
Baked chicken tenders served with red skin smashed potatoes, Prince Charles vegetables and a side of honey mustard dipping sauce. 

Specialty Desserts
Tiramisu
Ladyfingers dipped in an espresso mixture layered with mascarpone cream and topped with a generous dusting of premium cocoa powder.

Chocolate Truffle Bomb
Chocolate cake topped with chocolate mousse coated in chocolate ganache, decorated with chocolate shavings and chocolate ganache drizzle.

Limoncello Mascarpone Cake
Layers of lemon infused sponge cake and lemon Mascarpone cream filling finished with European white chocolate shavings.
