At this time, our buffet service and menus have changed for a safer dining experience.

Soup: Tomato Bisque

Salads (Choice of one):

House salad: Mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes. Choice of dressing: ranch, honey mustard, Maple balsamic vinaigrette or blue cheese

Caesar salad:  Fresh cut romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.  Topped with croutons and shredded parmesan

Entrees:

Roasted Prime Rib of Beef (GF) with au jus, served with roasted potatoes and green beans.
Medium rare, medium, and well done

Mojo Marinated Salmon Fillet (GF) – Cuban citrus flavored marinade served with seasoned rice and green beans

Bone in Pork Chops (GF) – Frenched pork chop seasoned with a hint of Cuban flair served with roasted potatoes and green beans

Spinach Ravioli and Mushroom Alfredo Sauce (Veg) – Served with garlic bread

Chicken Tenders – Deep fried breaded chicken tenders with BBQ or Honey Mustard sauces. Served with roasted potatoes and green beans

Dessert Choices:

Mango Mojito Cheesecake – New York style cheesecake with mango mojito sauce and fresh mint whipped cream

Arroz con Leche (GF) – Traditional Cuban style rice pudding with fresh whipped cream

Turtle Cream Pie – Chocolate cookie crust topped with chocolate mousse, then finished with caramel, chocolate chips, and pecans.
