White Bean Chicken Chili

Salads
(Choice of one; served with dinner rolls and butter)

  • House Salad – Mixed greens, shredded carrots and cucumbers. Choice of Ranch, Italian, Balsamic or Blue Cheese dressing.
  • Caesar Salad- Fresh cut romaine lettuce tossed with caesar dressing and topped with croutons. Anchovies upon request.

Entrees (Choice of one entree)

  • Choice Cut Prime Rib – Served with scalloped potatoes and green and yellow squash. GF* Medium Rare- red inside; Medium- pink inside; Well Done- no pink
  • Twin Crab Cakes – House-made lump crab cakes. Served with orzo and green and yellow squash.
  • Chicken Tower – Marinated portabella mushroom with asparagus, roasted red pepper, sliced chicken breast and fresh spinach. Topped with a sherry cream sauce. Served with scalloped potatoes and green and yellow squash with butter.
  • House-made Manicotti – Fresh pasta sheets filled with three cheeses and fresh ricotta. Finished with a marinara sauce. Served with a breadstick.

Dessert (Choice of one)

  • Strawberry Shortcake – Rich cheesecake and diced strawberries on top of a short bread crust. Topped with crunchy streusel and served with whipped cream, strawberry sauce drizzle and fresh strawberry.
  • White Chocolate Twist – Rich chocolate cake with a white chocolate mousse filling. Coated in silky butter cream with white and chocolate chips. Served with whipped cream.
  • Coconut Cloud Cake – Layers of coconut cake and coconut mousse iced with coconut mousse. Coated in coconut flakes and served with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
