Horton the Elephant discovers the tiny planet of Who-ville. Facing ridicule, Horton vows to protect its inhabitants. Along the way, Horton encounters The Cat In The Hat and all the beloved Seussical characters as he learns valuable lessons about friendship and self-belief.
