Salad (Choice of one)

House Salad: Mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers. Choice of dressing ranch, Italian, balsamic or blue cheese

Caesar Salad: Fresh cut romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing and topped with croutons (anchovies available upon request)

 

Entrées (Choice of one)

Choice Cut Prime Rib: Oven Roasted Prime Rib, seasoned with rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Served with roasted red potatoes and seasoned green beans. Gluten Free

Honey Nut Salmon: Baked Salmon topped with honey and crushed walnuts on a rice pilaf with peas and sun-dried tomatoes. Served with seasoned green beans

Bourbon Brown Sugar Chicken: Chicken Breast baked with bourbon and brown sugar glaze. Served with roasted red potatoes and seasoned green beans.

Pasta Primavera: Fettuccine pasta, tossed in white wine, garlic, lemon juice, and butter. Mixed with sautéed peppers, onions, zucchini and squash. Served with garlic bread.

 

Dessert (Choice of one)

German Chocolate Cake: Layers of chocolate devil’s food cake covered with house made German chocolate icing full of coconut and pecans. Served with a chocolate ganache drizzle and whipped cream.

 Mixed Berry and Apple Blossom: Fresh apples, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries mixed and baked into a blossom crust. Topped with a raspberry drizzle and whipped cream.

Fudgy Peanut Butter Ripple Cake: Double layer white cake with a layer of creamy peanut butter frosting. Finished with a peanut butter fudge icing, chocolate ganache and a peanut butter swirl. Served with a chocolate ganache drizzle and whipped cream.
