Soup:
- Baked Potato and Chive Chowder
Salads: (Choice of either House or Caesar Salad; dinner rolls and butter)
- House Salad: mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers. Choice of dressing Ranch, Italian or Blue Cheese.
- Caesar Salad: fresh cut romaine lettuce tossed with caesar dressing and topped with croutons (anchovies available upon request)
Entrees: (Choice of one entrée)
- Choice Cut Prime Rib – Served with a sweet potato and squash. GF* Medium Rare- red inside; Medium- pink inside; Well Done- no pink
- Crab Stuffed Flounder – 8oz portion of flounder filet stuffed with crab imperial and drizzled with lemon butter. Served with long grain rice with spinach and sundried tomatoes and squash.
- Seasoned Cheese and Panko Chicken Breast – Cheese and panko encrusted chicken breast with a tangy mustard and garlic sauce. Served with a baked sweet potato and squash.
- Spinach Gnocchi – Tender al dente spinach gnocchi tossed in a basil cream sauce finished with a dry sherry and shredded parmesan cheese. Served with a breadstick.

Desserts: (Choice of a dessert)
- Limoncello Cake – A rich combination of Sicilian lemon infused sponge cake and Italian mascarpone topped with white chocolate curls. Served with whipped cream and a fresh lemon slice.
- Mini Chocolate Truffle Bomb – Dark chocolate cake filled with silky chocolate cream covered in a rich chocolate ganache and chocolate curls. Served with whipped cream.
- Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake – Rich strawberry puree swirled through a delicately balanced cheesecake on top of a graham cracker crust. Served with a drizzle of strawberry sauce, whipped cream and a fresh strawberry ganache.
