Million Dollar Quartet Served Menu

SOUP: Tomato Bisque

 

SALADS (Choice of one):

House Salad: mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers. choice of dressing ranch, balsamic, Italian or blue cheese

Caesar Salad: fresh cut romaine lettuce tossed with house made dressing and topped with croutons (anchovies available upon request)

 

ENTREES:

Choice Cut Prime Rib- served with broccoli florets and roasted potatoes (mid rare, med, well done, temps only please)

Fresh Atlantic Salmon – Oven baked brushed with a honey ginger and soy sauce glaze served with white rice and broccoli florets.

Maple Mustard Chicken – Chicken breast baked in a maple mustard sauce served with broccoli florets and roasted potatoes.

Coin Purse Pasta – Coin purse shaped pasta stuffed with cheese and dressed with a sun-dried tomato pesto and garnished with shaved parmesan cheese and a garlic bread stick.

Chicken Tenders – Deep fried breaded chicken tenders with BBQ or honey mustard sauces. Served broccoli florets and roasted potatoes.

 

DESSERTS (Choice of One):

Tiramisu – sponge cake soaked in espresso, layered with creamy mascarpone filling

Angel Food Cake with fresh strawberries – Light angel food cake smothered in fresh sliced strawberries and topped with homemade whipped cream

Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Pie – Think warm chocolate chip cookie in pie form with a chocolate drizzle with dollop of whip cream!
