French Onion Soup with a cheese crouton

Salad (Choice of one)

House Salad: Mixed greens, shredded carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers. Choice of dressing ranch, Italian, balsamic or blue cheese

Caesar Salad: Fresh cut romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing and topped with croutons (anchovies available upon request)

Entrées (Choice of one)

Choice Cut Prime Rib – Served with potatoes au gratin and fresh green beans. Gluten Free
Available: Medium Rare- red inside; Medium- pink inside; Well Done- no pink

Blackened Salmon Tips – Fresh Atlantic salmon cut and tossed with blackened seasoning on a bed of long grain rice topped with julienne carrots, bell peppers, red onions and squash drizzled with a sweet basil pesto. Served with green beans.

Parmesan Chicken – Baked cut chicken encrusted with parmesan cheese and fresh herbs topped with
red chili compound butter. Served with potatoes au gratin and green beans.

Fettuccini Alfredo – Fettuccini noodles tossed with Alfredo sauce and parmesan cheese. Served with Italian bread. (Add sliced chicken breast for $2.00)

Dessert (Choice of one)

Chocolate Truffle Bomb – Dark chocolate cake filled with chocolate cream, covered in a chocolate ganache drizzle with white chocolate. Served with whipped cream and a fresh raspberry.

Dutch Apple Cheesecake – Creamy New York style cheesecake topped with apple pie filling and a vanilla cinnamon oat crumble.

Limoncello Cake – Three layers of white cake with limoncello cream, topped with lemon buttercream and a lemon ganache. Served with whipped cream and a lemon slice.
