Thursday Evening Served Dinner

Soup:

• Cheddar and Potato Sweet Corn Chowder

Salads:

(Choice of either House or Caesar Salad; dinner rolls and butter)

• House Salad:  mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers. Choice of dressing Ranch, Italian or Blue Cheese.
• Caesar Salad: fresh cut romaine lettuce tossed with house made dressing and topped with croutons (anchovies available upon request)

Entrees:

(Choice of one entrée)

• • Choice Cut Prime Rib – Cooked to order temperature. Served with roasted potatoes and whole green beans. Medium Rare; Medium; Well Done
    • Pairs well with a bottle of Ruffino Chianti
      
  • Crab Stuffed Flounder – Fresh Flounder filet stuffed with a crab filling and drizzled with a white wine butter sauce. Served with saffron rice and whole green beans.
    • Pairs well with a bottle of Kendall Jackson Reserve Chardonnay
      
  • Asparagus and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast – Fresh cheese and asparagus rolled inside a chicken breast. Topped with a pink Bechamel sauce and served with roasted potatoes and whole green beans.
    • Pairs well with a bottle of Carl Reh Riesling
      
  • Garden Pasta –  Bow tie pasta mixed with all fresh Lancaster county grown vegetables, arugula, tomato, red bell peppers, and green squash. Tossed with a house made basil pesto. Served with a rosemary and garlic bread stick.
    • Pairs well with a glass of our house white moscato
  • Macaroni and Cheese – Elbow pasta with cheddar cheese. Topped with a three cheese blend. Served with a bread stick
  • Chicken Tenders – Five all white meat chicken tenders served with green beans and a scoop of macaroni and cheese

Desserts:

(Choice of a dessert)

• Chocolate Truffle Bomb – Dark chocolate cake filled with chocolate cream and covered in a chocolate ganache. Drizzled with white chocolate sauce and topped with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry.
• Limoncello Cake – Three layers of white cake filled with a tart limoncello cream and iced with a lemon butter cream and lemon ganache. Served with a dollop of whipped cream, a lemon slice and a cherry.
• Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar – Chewy chocolate chip cookie layered with a sweet cream cheese filling. Covered in chocolate chip cookie chunks and drizzled with chocolate ganache. Served with a dollop of whipped cream.
• Ice Cream Sundae – Choose vanilla, chocolate, or sugar-free vanilla and a choice of chocolate or caramel sauce and whipped cream.
