Salads
(Choice of one; served with dinner rolls and butter)
- House Salad – Mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Choice of Ranch, Italian, Balsamic or Blue Cheese dressing.
- Caesar Salad- Fresh cut romaine lettuce tossed with caesar dressing and topped with croutons. Anchovies upon request.
Entrees (Choice of one entree)
- Choice Cut Prime Rib – Served with roasted baby red potatoes tossed in olive oil and sea salt and broccoli florets. GF* Medium Rare- red inside; Medium- pink inside; Well Done- no pink
- Brown Sugar Mustard Glazed Salmon – Fresh Atlantic salmon baked with a sweet brown sugar and mustard glaze and a touch of light soy sauce and ginger served on a bed of rice pilaf. Served with broccoli florets.
- Red Wine and Herb Pork Chop – Baked frenched bone in pork chop rubbed with herbs de provence and sauced with red wine demi glaze. Topped with rosemary and caramelized onion. Served with roasted baby red potatoes tossed in olive oil and sea salt and broccoli florets.
- Three Cheese Alfredo – Penne pasta tossed with rich alfredo sauce with pecorino, parmesan and ricotta cheese. Garnished with fresh basil. Served with a garlic breadstick. (Add sliced chicken breast for $2.00)

- Bananas Foster Cake – Triple layer banana cake covered in layers of caramel and banana flavored buttercream frosting. Served with a caramel drizzle and whipped cream.
- Dutch Apple Cheesecake – New York style cheesecake topped with an apple pie filling and house made vanilla cinnamon streusel crumble.
- World’s Greatest Chocolate Cake – Four layers of decadent chocolate cake with fudge frosting. Accented with dark chocolate shavings. Garnished with a chocolate ganache drizzle and whipped cream.
