- Choice Cut Prime Rib: Cooked to order temperature, served with a zucchini, squash and tomato blend and roasted potatoes.
- Rare – red inside; Medium Well – pink inside; Well Done – no pink
- Pairs well with a bottle of Ruffino Classico Chianti or a glass of our house merlot
- Crab Stuffed Flounder: 8 oz flounder filet filled with a crab stuffing drizzled with lemon, butter and capers served with a spinach long grain rice and zucchini, squash and tomato blend.
- Pairs well with Chateau St. Michelle Sauvignon Blanc
- Stuffed Chicken Breast: Chicken Breast stuffed and rolled with Granny Smith apples and marscarpone cheese topped with Frangelico cream sauce and chives served with a zucchini, squash and tomato blend and roasted potatoes.
- Pairs well with a bottle of Yellowtail Chardonnay or a glass of our house riesling
- Fettuccine Alfredo: Fresh fettuccine pasta tossed in a creamy alfredo sauce and garnished with shaved parmesan cheese and green scallions (add sliced roasted chicken breast for $2.50). Served with toasted garlic bread.
