Soup: Chicken, Spinach and Artichoke Soup (GF)

Salads (Choice of one):

House salad: Mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes. Choice of dressing: ranch, honey mustard, Maple balsamic vinaigrette or blue cheese

Caesar salad:  Fresh cut romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.  Topped with croutons and shredded parmesan

Entrees:

Roasted Tenderloin of Beef (medium rare, medium, and well done)w/Red wine demi-glace (GF) – served with roasted potatoes and French cut green beans.

Chicken Champignon (GF)Fresh chicken tenderloins sauteed w/mushrooms, white wine and cream.  Served w/rice and French green beans.

Crab Cakes– House made with fresh lump and claw meat. Served with rice and French cut green beans.

Bone-in Pork Chops (GF)Served w/maple apple chutney, roasted potatoes and French cut green beans.

Spinach Ravioli w/Roasted Red Pepper Sauce (V) – Served w/Garlic Breadsticks

Desserts (choice of one): 

White Chocolate Peppermint Mousse (GF) – House made and garnished with crushed candies and mint leaf

Maple Bourbon Brown Butter Peach Pie – House made peach pie w/Caramel pecan streusel, garnished with fresh vanilla whipped cream

Gingersnap Cookie Ice cream sandwich – House made cookies with Vanilla Bean ice cream
