Thursday Evening Served Meal – Happy Days

Soup: Crab & Corn Chowder  (GF)

Salads (Choice of one):

House salad: Mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes. Choice of dressing: ranch, honey mustard, Maple balsamic vinaigrette or blue cheese

Caesar salad:  Fresh cut romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.  Topped with croutons and shredded parmesan

Entrees:

Roasted Tenderloin of Beef (medium rare, medium, and well done)w/Red wine demi-glace (GF) – served with roasted potatoes and green beans almandine.

Cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped Chicken Breast (GF) Served with roasted potatoes and green beans almandine.

Salmon w/Mediterranean Salsa (GF) – Salmon topped with kalamata olives, capers, tomatoes and lemon juice. Served with rice pilaf and green beans almondine.

Chicken Tenders – Deep fried  breaded chicken tenders with BBQ or Honey Mustard sauces. Served with green beans almondine and roasted potatoes.

Beggar’s Purse Pasta w/Asparagus Cream Sauce (Veg)

Chocolate Lava Cake w/Fresh Whipped Cream
